Summary: As a dynamic supply chain and operations project leader, I blend extensive knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes with robust project management skills. My experience spans various roles, including managing and overseeing in-store display projects at Procter & Gamble in North America's Fabric Care and Baby Care categories. In this role, I managed the critical path schedule of multiple display merchandising projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams including customers, external suppliers, engineers, supply chain planners, and marketing specialists. I utilized data visualization tools for tracking inventory and orders across North America, effectively managing project risks and ensuring operational efficiency. In my current role as a Program Manager, I developed and managed a Power BI dashboard across 52 factories, identifying and mitigating material shortage risks, and led a team to reduce shortage incidents significantly. My entrepreneurial venture, Techscending, further showcases my versatility. As its Founder, I spearheaded the launch of innovative apps and websites, offering a suite of services in App Development, Web Development, and 3D Rendering and Printing. This dual expertise in both corporate and startup environments underlines my ability to drive results, manage complex projects, and innovate in the rapidly evolving technology landscape.
